Baby Dedications
It's exciting whenever a new child enters a family. There's no greater moment when parents sense that children are a gift from God. At Hope, we have the privilege of sharing and praying for the parents and their child, recognizing and appreciating the gift of children that God has given us.
Dedicating a child acknowledges God's sovereignty not only over the child, but also Mom and Dad. Parents present their child before God and we pray for grace and wisdom in carrying out their responsibilities. Parents also come praying that their child might one day trust Jesus Christ as Savior for the forgiveness of sin.
The next Baby Dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 30 at 5:00 PM. Baby Dedications will be a special service centered around the importance and meaning of dedicating children to the Lord. The pastors will be in a suit and tie, but you are welcome to wear whatever you are most comfortable in. Each child will be introduced and prayed for. Feel free to invite all of your friends and family!
